Terrible customer serviceđź‘Ž Was on hold 28 minutes after initially explaining my problem
Description of Work: My family and business has been a customer for 14 years. I phoned on a Thursday to let them know we had just put up our last bottle of water and needed more since a weekend was approaching. They said they'd "try" and get someone out with 10 bottles on Friday (tomorrow). No one ever came. They even admitted they missed a delivery on Aug 10 but no one ever called or attempted to re-deliver for over a week. This business is not run very professionally and I've had enough of them. Goodbye Sparkletts. After 14 years, I'm going to another company.

They are a part of Crystal Water. Their price seems reasonable to me. I like their service and my delivery person. Their demeanor and customer service skills are very good. They call me to let me know they are coming.
Description of Work: I use Sparkletts Water every two weeks for water delivery.
