We contacted Wadsworth Glass on June 11th by telephone to request service. We were scheduled for a technician to come out and provide an estimate of the cost to repair both windows. (We also asked for an estimate to install new windows but later decided to proceed with only the repairs at this time.) We were scheduled for a visit on June 17th to receive the estimate, between the hours of 10 AM-12 Noon. On June the 16th about 1 PM, we received a call from Wadsworth Glass offering us an earlier visit by the technician, at 3 PM that afternoon of the 16th. They said that if it was inconvenient they would come as originally scheduled. We accepted the earlier visit and the technician arrived at 3 PM.
The technician was very professional. He described what his work order was to ensure it reflected accurately what we wanted. He took the window measurements and called them into his office to secure the estimate of labor and materials. We asked how long before the installation would take place. The technician said that it takes about 1 week for the glass order to be received in their shop and that we would be contacted to schedule an appointment. The visit lasted about 30 minutes. We accepted the estimate and paid a deposit of $153.00.
When we had not heard from Wadsworth after 2 weeks, we called and followed up on June 30th. We were told that because technicians were on vacation it would take longer than expected. They said they would call us no later than the following week. We actually received a follow-up call the next morning and they scheduled the installation for July 8 between the hours of 11am-1pm. (Given that it was it the July 4th holiday, we understood the delays.) On July 8th, the technician called at 9am and confirmed he would be there as scheduled. They arrived at 12 noon. Two technicians arrived and worked as a team, each taking one window. They were professional and polite, and they were careful as they worked in our home. The entire installation took an hour and fifteen minutes.
The balance we owed was as expected with no change in price. We were quite pleased with Wadsworth Glass and would use them again.

I called and Veronica walked me through getting the part information on the window. This avoided a service visit charge. She sent an email to mfr to get part but mfr was very unresponsive. Numerous followups and delays due to mfr including wrong part sent. After several weeks part arrived and home visit was scheduled. Technician quickly and professionally replaced faulty part. Wadsworth ordered an extra set in case another similar window broke, hopefully making for a much quicker repair.

This company provided great customer service! My first contact was by phone, and that person gave me an estimate but also helped me to understand the range of costs as it related to the shape of the table for which I wanted a glass cover. When I went to the shop, multiple members of this family run business looked at the table templates I'd developed, and instructed me on how to measure my table to give them the information they needed to produce a good result. I felt valued and respected by them.
The delivery came on the day promised. The person bringing the table top called me that day to make sure we could meet as agreed, and he arrived within one hour of the agreed upon time. His approach to transporting the heavy table top in and preparing my table and the glass for installation were top-notch, very professional. He took pains to make sure it was done right the first time.
The same person who delivered the table top also, at my request, measured the existing sliding glass door and took other information that enabled them to provide me with an estimate for its replacement. I received the estimate via email within one week. They provided two different estimates for approaches that used different materials.
I had gotten an estimate for the table top from one other shop, and this company's price was in line with the other company. The sliding glass door prices also seem similar to other estimates I've gotten. Because of the excellent customer service I received, I would definitely use this company again.

We chose Milgard Vinyl windows. The
cost, including installation, was half of the quote I got from American Vision Windows. They claim
their product is better (triple paned; more insulation) but I have been very happy with the Milgard
Windows. The difference in the coolness of the house in summer and the warmness of the
house in winter was very noticeable. They were very professional and knew much more than any
other sales person we spoke with. They came when they said they would; did a wonderful job putting
in the windows; worked with our alarm company and cleaned everything up. I recommend them highly.
