We have been working on this fixer-upper for 9 years and have quadrupled the value. Most of the work has been done by us with some profession trades people from time to time. In these 9 years the floor installation was among the most expensive single job and as it turned out one of the best in terms of quality of workmanship, skill, professionalism, responsiveness to issues. A team of 4 including the owner worked M-F for 4 weeks. This was a big job with some very tricky aspects and they stayed with it. I'm sure others would have done it faster and I know others would have done it for less, but I'm glad we were patient and allowed them to take the time to do a perfect job.

OUR FLOORS ARE ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. THE STAIRS WERE REINFORCED WITH 2 X 4'S AND THE WORKMANSHIP IS SPECTACULAR. I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY IN THE PAST AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHER PEOPLE. THEY SHOWED UP AT MY HOUSE EVERYDAY FOR 2 WEEKS UNTIL ALL OF MY FLOORS WERE LAID OUT AND THEN RETURNED TO SAND, STAIN AND POLYURETHANE WHILE WE WERE ON VACATION. THEY WORKED AROUND OUR SCHEDULE WHICH MADE IT A LOT EASIER.
