SUPERIOR PLUMBING & HEATING

Very good.

Superior plumbing arrived within the window for both repairs (2 occasions), but always at the tail end of the time allowed.
The
plumber was professional and businesslike and got the job done (major
pipe repair, installed a pressure valve).  We had some groaning in the
pipes after the pressure valve was installed, and they came out the next
day and made adjustments and repaired the problem at no cost.

They were determined to fix the problem. They showed up on time and did a great job. They called ahead of time to let us know they were coming. They were very detailed and informative about the problem itself. They brought reinforcement; more than one service tech came. They came prepared for anything.

Marvin, the workman, arrived well within the time window. He was very pleasant and professional. He began work immediately and cleaned each duct with a powerful vacuum. He was meticulous with cleaning up and left the rooms immaculate. I am very happy with his work and would certainly recommend them for this type of work.

They did a great job. The people were clean cut and willing to please. The work took about two days and there were four people doing the work. The price was exactly what they told me it would be when they gave me the estimate.

The plumber (Dave) performed all the work promised with some problems. 1. He did not read the instructions on how to install the water filter. This resulted in him having to uninstall it to backflush it after already running water through it. This resulted in carbon being flushed through the house leaving some deposits (easily cleaned) and requiring the water heater to be drained. 2. He tightened the (Aquasana supplied) plastic connectors too tight so they ended up cracking and forming a leak (again the instructions warned of this). He came back and fixed this by fitting metal fittings free of charge (one could argue Aquasana should have provided better fittings). At the end of the day everything is working well. He was very polite, did what he promised, for the original estimate. He did ask for more money (to fix the broken fittings), but I insisted it was his responsibility and he was okay with that.

I was extremely pleased with every aspect of this repair. My initial telephone contact was handled politely and efficiently. The technician arrived within the half hour window specified. I appreciated the fact it was only a half hour. I had a difficult problem to diagnose and I believe other repairman would have given up and tried to sell me a new furnace. When a new transformer was installed and didn't fix the problem the old one was reinstalled. I believe some other companies would not be as honest and would leave the new part in and say it was part of the problem and charge me for it. The tech was very polite and pointed out a couple of other problems that needed attention, which I fixed myself. I felt the amount charged was more than fair. I would definitely hire this company again.

They were on the low end of pricing. The service was good. I have not had to call them since. They were actually recommended to us by some friends and we will recommend them as well.

SUPERIOR PLUMBING WAS VERY QUICK TO RESPOND. DISCOVERED THE GARBAGE DISPOSAL WAS IN FACT FROZEN AND WOULD NOT TURN. TECHNICIAN REPLACE GARBAGE DISPOSAL, AND REPLACED PIPING AS NEEDED UNDER THE SINK.
