 + -1 moreBy not using subs, he keeps the cost of the job down and takes responsibility for the entire project, which is very beneficial to the homeowner. The chain of command is very short. He does everything according to code and the work was inspected every step of the way. If there was ever a problem, I just called him and he fixed it. I'm very happy with them. I've used them for many projects over the last 10 or 12 years. I've also confidently recommended them to many friends who've hired him. He's been extremely reliable, pleasant to work with, and does top-notch work.
Description of Work: Rafael Flores (the proprietor) and his team did a 500-sq ft addition to my 3-unit building according to code. It included foundation, framing, electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, tilework, kitchen installation.
