They sent someone out and they determined that when my dishwasher was installed the connections were hooked up backwards. So the drainage water was backing up through the air cap on my sink. He took one look at it was knew immediately what was wrong. He fixed everything and did a good job. He cleaned up after himself. I asked him to call and let me know when he was leaving to my place, so that I could leave work and let them in through the security gate. He did not call me until he got to the gate and found out that he could not get in. While he was out I also asked what he thought it would cost to replace a bathtub. He took a look and gave me a very rough estimate then left a business card and told me to call for a more accurate estimate.
