It was great. Mark came and assessed the situation. He was frank about how busy the crew was because of all the drought stressed trees that were falling with all the rain we had. None the less he knew that the work needed to be done or we'd have a big problem. The crew came the next day and removed the most crucial parts of the tree which meant our garage would be safe until they could come back to remove the trunk. They cut, chipped, loaded, and cleaned up in record time and with great courtesy and respect for our property and our neighborhood.

Mack Tree Co is professional and has a great crew. They get in, get the job done, and they don't destroy your yard in the process. They were VERY careful with where they walked and carried branches out. They were efficient and didn't take longer than necessary. They are also competitively priced.

They're very responsive. Mack's Tree service really worked hard with a big, difficult job. The crew was polite and conscientious. They took a lot of pains.

A full crew came with cherry picker and chipper. The forman pruned the exterior limbs of the tree and another worker climbed into the interior of the tree and cleaned out the canopy. Two others hauled branches to the chipper. In a little over two hours, the work was done, and the result is very much to our liking with a nicely shaped tree. While doing the pruning, they asked that I be available, and whenever there was a question about how extensive a cut should be made they checked with me. The trimmings were completely cleaned up before they left. Their work was done professionally and promptly. I will use them again if we have tree work needed and am happy to heartily recommend them to others.
