That he did not come to my house to do the work, that he did not have the courtesy to call, and that he offered no explanation for any of this, is as kind a response as I could imagine.

There are so many great things to say about Miguel and his team. They helped us with projects of every size and Miguel always had great ideas to help us solve problems or enhance the design. He and his team reconstructed outdoor steps, built an incredible wood retaining wall, solved our exterior drainage issues, installed beautiful hardscape, installed sod and plants throughout. Miguel truly partnered with us on every project and made the end result even better than we could have imagined.

These guys are tops at sod installation. They are fast, efficient and are focused on details of the work. Miguel has good ideas for improving problem areas and is very easy to communicate with. I would definitely use them again on the next project.

Miguel and his crew are great. They were competent, easy to communicate with, cleaned up after the project and their price was reasonable. Only one caveat, Lopez Landscaping is very busy and it was hard to schedule but once they were there, the work was excellent.

The weather made it difficult to schedule exact dates but Miguel and his crew did manage to complete the projects within the window of time agreed upon. Lopez Landscaping transformed our messy landscape into exactly what I asked for. In our first meeting I told him what I wanted done, he quoted a price and he delivered exactly as agreed upon.

Miguel was a little hard to get a hold of a couple of times. It took awhile to pin down a time for us to get the work done, but once we did everything went like clockwork. Personally, we were on a tight timeline. Would definitely use Lopez Landscaping again.

I have had language barriers with contractors in the past. Miguel was easy to talk to, he understood my design plan and answered every question I had and answered questions I wanted to ask but he beat me to it. His crew was wonderful and considerate as well. Miguel's estimate along with the reviews I read made it an easy decision. I plan to have more work done by Miguel as well as recommend Lopez Landscaping to my parents and friends. I could not be happier with the work he did. I have a design dream for my front yard and Miguel is helping to make it a reality!

These men worked from 7am until almost 6 pm with maybe 30 minutes for lunch if that. They were meticulous and very friendly. The price was exactly what he quoted. Even though I didn't have a design he worked from what I told him and hit the nail on the head.

They did a great job, worked hard and delivered on all promises made. Highly recommended. Will call them for future work.

Once scheduled, project was completed quickly. When I identified additional/touch-up work necessary, they came returned and completed it to my satisfaction within original budget.

Miguel and his team were just awesome -- both in terms of helping us create what we wanted, and in the pragmatic aspects of the job. Miguel himself provided great thought partnership in terms of our design thinking, materials and so on. His team was fantastic! They worked with us in terms of timing, holidays, visitors, etc. -- and listened to our immediate concerns and requests. They quick resolved issues with Miguel and progress on the project was right on target with original estimates (about 3 weeks for our job). We were left with a unique new garden with a totally renewed flagstone patio (all stones pulled up, cleaned, sealed and relaid on top of a new base); a new Calstone patio with circle to replace an old brick patio and some grass; and preservation of a pre-existing swale between the two patios. They did a masterful job with the pavers, creating a unique key-like shape to suit our small yard. In addition, they added a round low wall (36" high) to wrap 1/2 way around the patio circle. The wall was literally a work in progress with design, materials, scope changing practically as it was built -- So cool!

Miguel and his crew rebuilt a brick pillar in my driveway that was damaged by the garbage truck that services our area. This was a relatively small job for him I am sure, however, he took the time to come meet with me and fit me into his schedule. The quality of the work was excellent and he left the area very neat and tidy. I highly recommend him.

We had a tough time figuring out what we wanted to do with a large patio area consisting of rubble from a deck/spa deconstruction, and 5 remaining pillars standing like Stonehedge in England. Miguel was very patient and helped us develop a backyard patio plan in line with our budget and our tastes; the results: a Napa brick-paved area with a stunning trellis adorning our 5 pillars. Perfect!!! Miguel ... you the MAN !!!

After the work was initially completed (and paid for), I noted something that I wanted addressed and contacted the contractor. He was agreeable to coming back at another time to remedy the problem even though it was a small task and required him to travel some distance (and deal with bridge traffic). Very professional and congenial workers.

Excellent workers, very efficient, replaced and enlarged driveway on slight hill. VERY pleased with workmanship, speed, did not disturb neighbors!

Miguel Lopez fixed many existing problems of our yard, ploughing the soil, putting in decorating rocks and mulches, fixing the irrigation system, putting in a new brick pathway, planting new plants, etc. He understands his trade very well. His price is very honest. He is still helping us with many small problems in the yard such as water leaking, yard lights, etc. We are very glad to find him and looking forward to a long-term working relationship.

Miguel Lopez and his employees removed old concrete and steps and installed new steps and beautiful pavers in my townhouse patio. Professional is the most apt description, from the estimate through project completion. The job was completed in one week and is exceptional in its detail. Miguel even researched the circulation requirements of my air conditioning unit and built a low fence to make it much more attractive. I would not hesitate to recommend Lopez Landscaping; in fact I already have.

This was a small job to tuck point the mortar where most needed on my front porch brick stairs and finish within a day. Miguel left 2 workers with us who knew what the job was, how to do it, worked well together, got it done beautifully on time, and left no messes. I'll have more work for Lopez Landscaping in the future and will call him back again.

Julio was easy to work with and completed project on time and at cost agreed to. Very positive experience!

They removed a sodded area and laid down a decomposed granite and stone patio area. They were prompt, professional, and hard working. The quality of their workmanship was excellent. I'd gladly use them again and I would highly recommend Miguel and his crew.

Lopez landscaping performed re-sanding of my patio pavers. They did not do concrete work.
