the work took less than an hour - will call on him every time i need help with our appliances :)

It had a manufacturer defect warranty that he was able to come quickly with the correct part, and popped it out and my freezer stopped leaking and it's been beautiful. I want to say it took him an hour and a half to finish the work. It went faster than he thought and he gave me a break on the price. He was friendly.

They were courteous, prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. I would recommend them and use them again.

I called Tony and asked if he could do the work. He asked a couple of short diagnostic questions, then said, yes, and asked me to text my address, phone, and a photo of the model sticker to him. Later that day, he asked if I was at home - he had been able to clear some time to work on the dishwasher. I said yes, and he came right over, after asking me to empty dishes and remove the bottom rack. My dishwasher model, instead of having a filter for food particles, has a grinder, like a garbage disposal. It turned out that that had failed and needed replacement. Tony explained the issue and said the part would cost about $45. With the visit and labor charge, the total would be $170. He also showed me how to do basic troubleshooting, advised me on what dishwashing products to use, looked through the products I was using and gave me the thumbs up, and gave me free maintenance advice on my stove. I really appreciated how thorough, helpful, and informative he was. He tested his work and then took a mix of cash and check for payment. Very helpful in all aspects. After he left, I tested with a quick dishwasher load, and am happy to report that it's working like it was new again.

Tony recommended purchase of same model. Purchased it from Amazon.com and he installed it within a day. He removed the old disposal and volunteered to replace all the items I had cleared out of the under-sink cabinet.

Tony was able to diagnose and repair a broken hose inside our washing machine that a previous repair tech was unable to find. He also fixed our oven door.

My initial call was returned promptly. He informed me he was with a customer and would call me back in the evening. There was flexibility in his schedule to work with my schedule! He asked for the machine serial number ahead of time so that he could order the part. He arrived perfectly on time, professional, knew exactly what was wrong, explained good care and how to maintain the machine. There was some rattling when I used the machine as I had moved the dryer and air vent. He came back and put in additional bolts and tightened up the air catcher, voluntarily repaired the venting foil and clamp, checked out the flow and did not charge me any extra, though it was my fault. I offered to pay and he did not accept it. TRULY WONDERFUL in this economic environment today. I GIVE HIM MY HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!!!! He could not have been more helpful.

He was very responsive to all communication and showed up on schedule.  He detailed the repair and replacement options and the prices for each.  I opted for repair and he worked quickly to finish in under an hour.  The work is excellent and the dryer is as good as new.

Right away it was clear Tony knew what he was doing. Had all the right tools and started disassembling the dishwasher smoothly. Noticing that I was interested in what he was doing, he gave me a running commentary on what he was doing and why. I learned a lot.

Work done in less than an hour, great advice on use of the Bosch dishwasher. Couldn't be happier with Tony's work and the very reasonable pricing.

Answered first phone call on the first attempt and made an appointment for the very next day.
Arrived within the time window given and quickly resolved the issue.
Even called & texted later in the day to make sure all was still good after he left.

Toni was fantastic! He promptly returned my call within a couple hours and was able to come out to my home the next morning. Our dryer was suddenly emitting a strong electrical burning smell days before leaving town for a few weeks. We had loads of laundry to do so needed the unit fixed ASAP. I originally purchased the unit through Pacific Sales with an extended warranty but upon trying to schedule a warranty repair I was warned that lint cleaning wouldn't be covered. They were going to send a company out to take a look but warned me I'd have to pay if it wasn't warranty work. The company they contracted had horrible reviews on Yelp (we're talking less than 1 star) so I decided to forget about the warranty and find someone on Angie's List that could give my unit a thorough cleaning and diagnose the issue fast. I found Toni and was pleased with his positive reviews and distance to my home. He scheduled me for an 8-11am window but said he would call when he was 15 minutes out so I wouldn't have to wait around. As promised Toni called that morning at 8:40 am to say he was on his way. He arrived shortly thereafter and immediately got to work. He took the entire unit apart as promised and showed me exactly where the burning was coming from and the lint that was causing it near the open gas flame. He cleaned all the lint out (and it was everywhere!) and put the machine back together again good as new. He also detected that the duct from the machine to the wall had become badly caved in because the washer had been pushed too far back against it. He said the air passage was severely blocked and this is why the lint was building up in my machine. He had a new, much higher quality duct replacement in his vehicle and replaced it immediately. The part installed by Pacific Sales was very cheap and bent easily, closing the passage way for the lint to travel outside if needed. The part Toni had on hand was reinforced to help prevent denting. I was worried I was going to have to give my dryer a thorough cleaning annually but Toni reassured me that with the new duct and keeping the machines where he placed them I shouldn't have any trouble at all. He was even nice enough to clean out my dishwasher filter, as he was reviewing with me which appliances require any type of routine maintenance.
I would definitely recommend Toni to anyone in need of a knowledgeable, professional and kind appliance repair man.

I called him on Saturday and asked if he could repair my 20 year old washer which was no longer spinning at all. He asked the brand name and said that with this brand of that age the problem was almost certainly the transmission. He said he would hate to take my money for a service call when he was almost positive that he'd be advising me to buy a new one anyway. I thanked him for his honesty. Later that day I saw that I'd given him the wrong brand name. I called him with the real brand name, and he asked if it was only the spin and not both the spinning and the agitation that weren't happening. I fiddled with the machine and determined that it was both. Calling him once again, he said that it probably was a small part which was broken, and not the transmission. He came on Monday to repair the machine. I used to work in surgery. This man should have been a surgeon. He didn't hesitate at any point. It was as if he had practiced all the steps in this particular repair a million times. He never wasted a motion, but took the front of the machine off, disconnected some wiring, removed clips and screws and had the motor out in less than one minute. Seriously! Unbelievable speed and efficiency. The man is amazing. He removed and replaced the broken part in another minute, and put everything back together. He then took about three minutes to balance my machine properly so it would work better. I am still, hours later, smiling at the skill of Mr. Hariri. He is the guy I will call for any appliance repair from now on. All of this and he's a nice guy, too.
