EXCELLENT experience. I called in the afternoon and Gary offered to come over right then. That wasn't convenient for me so he came the next afternoon. He checked the ice maker and found the pump was burned out. He had a replacement pump on the truck so he could fix the ice maker right then. He was quick and efficient. He replaced the pump, showed me how to use the controls on the refrigerator (which I had been using wrong), cleaned out the filter on the refrigerator at no extra charge (which will make it run more efficiently.) The whole process was maybe an hour. The charges were very fair! This is a locally owned business and I would DEFINITELY recommend this service to anyone. (He said the ice maker might take up to 24 hours to start making ice....but it is an hour and half later and I just heard the first ice cubes fall! :-) )
