DELUXE DOMESTIC SERVICES

Initial phone estimate was $80. The cleaning gal looked upon arrival and said $120. Payment was by the job, not time. The stove was cleaned well except for some areas that needed oven cleaner which I won't use since I have pet birds. The tub still needed scrubbing after she finished. I couldn't tell until it dried again. The mold was removed from the tile, but the tile needed more cleaning. The shower door looked the same after it dried. Cleaning person said it won't come clean with the product I gave her. It needed more scrubbing actually. She removed articles from three shelves and wiped out the shelves themselves but never wiped the sides and top part. So there were still cobwebs and potential flour moth larvae in there. She refused to change light bulbs for fear of the ladder. (Just a step ladder). Basically took 2 hours, rushed through, and hurried to her afternoon job. Since I couldn't tell what she missed until she left and the shower door dried again and I used the cabinets, I called them and asked for refund of $25. Check never came. I called a week or so later and asked again. Still no check 9/15/08.
