replacement windows
 + -1 moreWork was done well. Initial inspection by city inspector revealed several shortcomings which Your View corrected. This involved considerable reworking, but there was no effort to increase contract price. Coordination was needed with another contractor working on the inside of the window on a bathroom remodel. Your View coordinated well with the other contractor and there were no schedule impacts. Stucco color match was not perfect, but adequate given condition of the original stucco and location of the window.
Description of Work: Your View purchased and installed a 4 x 2 ft. window in place of an existing 3 x 3 ft. one. This involved meeting city codes (I handled the city permit). This involved removing the existing window, considerable modification to the existing frame structure to accommodate new window and upgrade to current code standard, then replacing stucco with matching color.
