I had purchased a large computer desktop monitor that I needed installed. Also, over the past two months, the connection between my HP printer and my two Apple products (Iphone & Ipad) has not been working, preventing me from printing directly. So, I ask the technician to investigate and resolve.

Given that all of your Apple devices stopped working with your HP printer at the same time, and my technician updated the HP drivers and software, and it still wasn't working, my conclusion is that it's most likely a hardware issue with your printer. Paul has been my computer guy since 2008. He has saved me from two hard drive crashes and has set-up two new computers. He is very knowledgeable, trustworthy, professional, and a pleasure to work with. He's very responsive in an emergency and goes the extra mile. When I first started using him I was local to his location. I now live a ways away but still drive to have him do my work because I trust him to do a good job.
