So, I bought a new HP laptop with Windows 8. I hated Windows 8 so I bought Windows 7 and Paul uninstalled Windows 8 and installed Windows 7 plus Office and Quickbooks. He restored all my data files and set everything up the way I like it. So, I'm back in business. Paul worked with me every step of the way to make sure my computing needs were met and was a pleasure to work with.

With hardware problems (especially those of the motherboard), it's not always immediately apparent where the trouble may lie. After removing the malware and viruses, replacing the hard drive, and passing the memory and power supply diagnostic tests, it turned out to be a motherboard problem. And, given the age of the computer, and the cost involved in replacing a motherboard, a new system was really the best choice for you.
