The representative that was sent out, Carlos, was fantastic. Carlos showed up exactly on time for our appointment, which I was able to schedule with only a day's notice. He was friendly, professional, thorough and efficient. He sprayed throughout our apartment, with particular attention to problem areas we identified. He then walked the entire property surrounding the apartment building to find any nests and spray them as well, including under the raised foundation of the building. We were warned that it could take up to five days for the ants to disappear while they took the poison back to the nests. After only six hours we didn't see a single ant. That was three and a half weeks ago and we are still blissfully ant-free.

I used them two times in the last three years.  We had ants when we first moved in but the termite spray when you buy a house sometimes causes ants temporarily.  After a few months they were getting worse.
I do believe it was Rich who helped me.  He called me back promptly.   The company is well named because he did  "strategize" the best method to get rid of my ants.  He wanted to know the size of my house, longevity of infestations,  locations of ants, re-occurrences, quantity of ants and he made some assessments of the sources of the problem.  He made the recommendation of spraying the underneath of the house and my "ant tree" as I call it.
They did the job while I was not home and left a bill.  Super convenient.  He gauged the urgency of the job based upon the current level of my ant visitors.  I think it took him 2-3 days to get to my house.  He told me if I had a bad episode to call him right away and he would move me up in priority.  
I was getting by with spot spraying the ants.  I was okay with the wait.  I was grateful that he was a phone call away in case I got bombed with ants one day.  It made me feel relieved right away that the problem would be solved.  Great customer service!
He told me I may need to spray the inside, but that was not necessary.  All the ants disappeared and I didn't see a single ant again until two years later.
When I called this summer or spring (two years later),  he either remembered me or had good computer notes.  It was the same thing. He asked what had changed about the ant locations and got all the information and added it to my file.  I was happy with the underneath spraying and asked for a repeat and I told him about a new ant hill that needed special attention in my yard.  Then he showed up and sprayed when I was at work.  Super easy and no more ants again!

When scheduling Strategic Pest Management, I informed them that I had already scheduled roofers, to which they responded that they REALLY wanted to do their work before the roofers. They explained that there would be pieces of wood everywhere in the attic when the roof was done and they didn't want to deal with that. That's understandable to me. They came and did the work. When the roofers came later and tore the roof off, I climbed up to look at some termite damage the roofers wanted to show me and happened to see that there was lots of rat feces and even a dead rat in the attic. About a third of the attic wasn't clean. I had the benefit of daylight obviously, but was disappointed to find that I never would have known they didn't leave up to their end of the agreement. I sent them pictures and requested 1/3 of my money back, which they promptly returned, to their credit. They responded well and were apologetic, which shows professionalism and class.

He is extraordinary. He lives up to his word. He knows whats hes doing. Prices are good and hes on time. He takes care of businesses.

They do a good work. They are reliable. They call before they are going to come. They always come on time. We haven't had any problem with insects and rodents, since they started servicing us. We haven't done much of a shopping, but the price works for us.

We have been using them for about a year. The technician was very friendly, efficient and reasonable. We haven't had any problems since we hired them. We have been pleased with them.

After leaving a message at their office, I received a return call very soon afterwards. Richard, the owner and exterminator, went over the charges with me, explaining everything in detail as to what had to be done and what he would charge to do it. The initial charge of $285 included intense inside and outside spraying for ants (which completely took care of the problem), set eco-friendly traps for the rodent problem. Now, for $68, he comes out monthly to maintain the traps and to spray. I have been dealing with ants for almost 15 years and now I cannot find a single one. Richard is clean and super-efficient and exact. He is serious about his profession and the efforts of his work attest to that. He always calls the day before he comes. He is very concise.

Results have been very successful. Incursions by ants or other insects into the house are rare and immediately controlled with bait provided by him. Rich is always on-time, courteous and has a professional business-like approach with us. He always give us a day's notice before he sprays outside. He is prompt in returning calls and does his best to resolve any problems as soon as possible.

THEY ARE RELIABLE, DEPENDABLE, AND HONEST. THEY ARE PUNCTUAL. IF I HAVE PROBLEMS, IF I HAVE OTHER ANTS THAT SHOW UP UNEXPECTEDLY BETWEEN OUR SPRAYING, WE'LL CALL HIM UP, AND HE'LL COME OUT AND TAKE CARE OF IT. WHEN IT'S TIME FOR HIM TO SHOW UP, HE ALWAYS DOES.
