Jim and Jack's Collision Center

I took my 2016 Challenger here for repair. The left side of the car was damaged. Front fender driver side door and rear quarter panel. There was no frame damage and it was driveable.They had the car for over 6 weeks and repairs totaled $11,000. Allstate Insurance caused a two-week delay out of that six weeks so it took. 4 weeks to repair.Too long. The dent repair was very good but everything else was poor at best. Parts were not assembled properly and the paint has orange peel. I returned the car to fix the part assembly problems some of which they could not fix and didn't bother with the paint problem because I was afraid they would make it worse. I selected this body shop because I was impressed with their operation and I wanted my car to be restored to factory conditions unfortunately it did not happen.

I wouldn't go back. I brought my car back, there was still a piece on the bottom portion of the side door that was clearly  still had dents in it. So they had to take my car for another week and get another approval from Gyco. Just with the naked eye looking at the door you could tell that it needed to be replaced. My car is brand new so it's like I shouldn't have to come back and and tell them that it needs to be replaced. They should have replaced it in the first place. So we needed to get another rent-a-car.

I dropped in to get my estimate on a Thursday morning, was given the estimate promptly.  Their estimate compared favorably to one by another high-end auto body shop (was $700 less).  I have used Jim and Jack's in the past and so I was given a return customer discount as well.  They schedule repairs and will discourage you from dropping your car off on Thursday or Friday, since no work is done on weekends.  I dropped my car off on a Monday and was told it would be ready in 11 days.  They kept in nearly daily contact with me, sending me texts and telling me the repairs were going as scheduled.  They called me on the promised day and had the car ready, completely washed and detailed, including vacuuming out the pocket of my door handle!  I highly recommend them for their work and professionalism.

I was referred to JIm and Jacks from Angie's LIst and a friend that has used them in the past and said she was VERY satisfied with their services.  I went to the Hermosa Beach location to see when I could get my car fixed, and I was pleasantly surprised that they could take it immediately!! :) the man I spoke to was so nice and friendly and eager to help me. ALthough the repair time took 2 days longer than expected, which i later found out was because of my insurance company and not Jim and Jacks) Luis, the mechanic, always returned my calls and answered any questions i had. My car looked beautiful and i was very impressed by the cleanliness that  they returned my car. Although I hope nothing else happens to my car, I will completely trust JIm and Jacks to fix any auto body needs of mine and I would highly recommend their services!

There'sno better place to take your to be repaired than Jim and Jacks. They explain the entire quote to you and you get your car back looking like new. They repaired damage to my fender, wheel, door, and paint and even buffed off other scratches on my car. The repair was completed 2 days early as well and I got my car back washed and clean. Excellent service from this place..

They were good. The insurance covered it. I like that they were quite professional. They were upfront and honest.

My insurance company send the claim over to Jim and Jacks. They called me and setup an appointment.
I dropped the car off; they said that they will send an e-mail with estimated delivery date. They sent an e-mail on the same day and delivered the car three days later. They did a great job at every step beginning with the call to setup the appointment; Professionalism and Great-Service which is very hard to find now days.  

We brought our car to this company, needing some body repair work. 
The whole process exceeded our expectations - they kept us informed via email on a daily basis, as to the status of the repairs.  They were ultra professional and courteous, and their estimate cost was extremely reasonable.
As if that wasn't enough, they discovered they needed to do more work after they started the repair and did not charge us for the extra work. 
The car looks as good as new now.

Jim and Jack's was able to examine and repair the running gear of the car and correctly determined that the problem was that the car was out of alignment.  They aligned the car and put it in excellent operating order for a total bill of $75, even though this was to be reimbursed by insurance.  Jim and Jack's did this work over the Christmas break and were very fast in doing it.  I see them as being very honest in their work and operations and commend them for this.  We are very happy, their diagnosis of the car problem was correct and we recommend them highly.

They were very good. The work was excellent. It was recommended by the insurance company that paid the damages.

Didn't think that there'd be an upside to an accident caused by an inattentive and uninsured driver, but there was - both my insurance company and Jim & Jack's handled everything in a most efficient manner, helping to reduce my stress and annoyance levels. Henry at Jim & Jack's was very efficient and professional and handled my job very well and I got my car back earlier than promised. I was even impressed by the quality of Jim & Jack's facility. While I sincerely hope I never have occasion to use their services again, I would not hesitate to do so if necessary.

It was a relatively painless operation, except that it took a week longer than originally estimated. However, since it was on the other guys insurance, it was not much of an inconvenience. Their reps were very friendly, and they did call to tell me the repairs would take longer (the day before it was originally promised). Overall, it went fine and I'd use them again, but I'd really pin them down on the estimated completion date.

They are very well known around here for doing great work for a reasonable price. My car looks pretty good and I am very happy with what they did for me.
