Professionally, Jennifer obtained her real estate licence in 2001, her brokers license in 2012 and has 12 years of full time real estate experience. Her expertise is unmatched by most of her peers. As a Real Estate Professional, Jennifer has consistently been ranked in the top 2% nationally. Her diligence has succeeded in closing over 200 Real Estate transactions and over 100 million dollars in sales. Additionally, Jennifer’s drive and determination helped her create and operate her own Real Estate and Home Loan Brokerage, Cunningham and Davidson Realtors, from 2006-2011.
