 + -1 moreThe company failed to show up for the appointment and when I call to ask what happened. I was told that there was no record of their being any appointment. This was disappointing since I had to take off work to fit the appointment in. The manager was professional but unable to make me satisfied.
Description of Work: I called this company and set up an appointment.

 + -1 moreThey were very knowledgeable in the business for many years, answered my questions, and offered suggestions at my request with a language I understood. They returned calls as requested and responded with results in a timely manner.
Description of Work: They troubleshooted 2 laptops, one not working at all and one with CD drive malfunctioning. They installed several software programs.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY PERSONAL WITH MY HUSBAND. THEY KNOW HIM BY FIRST NAME. THERE WAS NOT A PROBLEM WITH US TAKING THE COMPUTER BACK IN IF IT WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. THEY TOOK IT BACK AND SAID NO PROBLEM.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED A COMPUTER CHIP AND THE CD-ROM DRIVE.

 + -1 moreTHEY ARE PRICEY, BUT GOOD. I PAID MORE FOR BIPRO BECAUSE THEY PROMISED TO MAINTAIN MY FILES AND NOT LOSE ANY OF MY WORK. IT TOOK LONGER THAN I EXPECTED, BUT THEY DID MANAGE TO FIX THE PROBLEM WITHOUT JEOPARDIZING MY FILES.
Description of Work: MY LAPTOP KEPT LOCKING UP. IT WAS INFECTED BY A VIRUS THAT WE COULDN'T DOWNLOAD THE FIX FOR BEFORE IT WOULD BOOT US OFF. BIPRO REBUILT THE HARDDRIVE.
