When I first called, I was taken aback by the aggressive sales manner of the representative. She kept pushing despite my indicating I needed information to make a decision. I ended up cutting the call short and hanging up. Based on the call alone, as well as the high quoted price initially (initially quoted as over $188), I would not have used their service. At the end of the day, I needed to make a quick decision and ended up scheduling online. This process was quick and easy. The driver called me promptly at the designated time. He came on time and was professional. He gave me a discount considering I had a small amount to pick up. Based on his attitude and work ethic, I would use them again.

It went real well. They busted their butts to get everything cleaned up. I was impressed with them. I think they did much better than the guys that I would have found on the corner. I was impressed with the quality of their work. They cleaned up well and they had to make two trips. They had it finished within a day. They are a very good outfit.

It went very well. They were clean, courteous, and even swept up after themselves. They came at the appointed time, and it was extremely easy setting up an appointment, even with the main office being in Canada! My only complaint is that the price is a bit steep for what ended up being a very small, easy, and quick (15 minutes from start to finish) job. I think I will try calling the numbers I've seen on small independent trucks that cruise the neighborhood on trash day. I've found it's easier to get a good price that way. But I didn't have time for that this time. I would hire them again for a larger job that called for more meticulous people.

Truck that came was not as big as we thought (only 10' long). The two workers didn't pick up everything, because they said the truck didn't have enough room. Don't think they packed the truck well to begin with. For this price, we could have rented a garbage dumpster 22' long for almost half the price, which is exactly what we did the next day, and have the dumpster for a whole week too.
