Talked to over 30 roofers most gave me a cock n bull story about how they had to remove old roof probably replace some wood, etc. at a 40% increase in price!! Ramon walked the roof, talked to the City Building/Permit Dept. and said wood is fine and he AND the City said better to put new roof over old one. So VERY pleased I found United Master Roofing!!
