 + -1 moreWHEN I TOOK MY COMPUTER THERE, IT TOOK THEM A VERY LONG TIME TO FIX THE PROBLEM. THEY DID NOT RETURN MY CALLS, AND DID NOT COMPLETE THE WORK IN THE TIME FRAME THAT THEY SAID IT WOULD BE COMPLETED. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT COMPUTERS, AND NOW MY COMPUTER WORKS GREAT.
