Information on the phone with Haje (president) was very good. They were going to come on a Wednesday. Didn't let me know the time though, so I had to call again. Then they asked me if they could come then on a Tuesday. Fine! They showed up, but didn't come in and eventually left. They didn't call me to tell me what happened. Had to call again. Then they showed up an hour and a half later. Did the job, that was fast.

It was a hard job, and they did it well! It's not easy work in the blazing summer! They were fine with sending me a bill to a different address. I didn't have to front the money before they did the work.

My first major disappointment among several Angie's List companies. MD failed to show up for two appointments to inspect job, though MD had given a written bid by fax. MD did not show up on the day the job was supposed to be done, and did not call to advise why. When I called, the scheduler said there were issues that required the owner to get involved. He was supposed to call me, but has not. I have given up on this company.

I THOUGHT THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY WERE ON TIME, PROFESSIONAL, CLEAN, AND POLITE. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. AND OUT OF THREE ESTIMATES THEY WERE THE LOWEST.
