We bought it from a person over there. We bought the other Lexus, a 2007. I asked if they had an internet person there. They're pretty good. They gave us a good deal and everything. We bought a car there, but I don't think we've serviced it there. My son had a problem with his tire one time. I think somebody hit him. He brought it down there to the body shop there.

The experience has been good. The lack communication was a problem. They told me that they were going to do on particular service and they did something other than what I understood and I have that in email and they got it wrong.

We needed to upgrade to a Toyota Sienna Le, a friend had highly recommended William Phan at Longo Toyota.  I decided to give him a call and e-mail, we worked out the numbers and trade in and he was able to get me a great deal, I was in and out within 2 hours...not like the usual 5 hour ordeal I had before.

They're great. They're not terribly fast per se. It's a huge organization. But they're always good at meeting the time estimate that they do give.

They are professional and basically painless like you just go in drop it off, come back later and pick it up. It is just very simple, very straight forward, not much of a hazel. I am able to pick up of the car when they say they are done.

The dealership is kind of more responsible for their work. They have a good area when you are waiting for your car to be fixed. They have a good waiting area. I wouldn't be going there if I wasn't satisfied. I know it will be done at a certain time. I don't have to go back for repairs or something like that. Sometimes you have to wait because there are so many people there, that's why I would set up an appointment. If they say it will be done by 2 o'clock…you know, they are pretty accurate with their timing.

It was a good experience. I love their service center. They're very convenient and hospitable while you wait for your car. It's very comfortable. They also have shuttle service. They'll take you home. They'll pick you up and bring you back. They'll take you to the local mall if you want to shop while your car is being serviced. They'll take you to a movie theater. They'll treat you a free movie while you wait for your car to be serviced. They have a really good operation over there.

I am very happy with them. They have always been very accommodating when some issue has arisen and I've always been able to work things out with them. I haven't compared their prices. I will be using them as long as I have a Toyota.

It is obvious to me now that the largest Toyota dealership has enough budget to pay to remove negative reviews from its past customers in online websites such as Yelp. As part of their marketing, they spend many work-hours to make the online reviews positive in order to lure in new customers. Just to think how many people thought they will have a positive experience after reading the online reviews. I know I did. From my personal experience, Longo is similar to any other dealership in which it will try to sell you the most expensive car they can and provide you with very little service after the sale.

"Customer purchased 2009 Camry on 1/18/14 with a 3,000 mile or 90 days (whichever came first) warranty does not include the alarm system. Consumer reached out on a social media web site on 2/8/14 and dealer responded to consumer to provide information due to its animosity. Consumer responded 2/10 with his information and salesman contacted guest and explained that the security system on his Camry was from the previous owner. If the alarm is after-market we will not be replacing but if it is an alarm we installed we may be able to repair. He also extended an invitation for consumer to bring the vehicle back to the dealer to have it inspected. He also stated to consumer that there is no warranty on the security system and we would be able to remove it if he feels that it is not operating properly. CRM contacted consumer via email to follow-up and see if he like to bring hi vehicle in and see if we can repair the alarm as stated before. Consumer was advised that were unable to confirm if dealer can repair unless he brings the vehicle in to be looked at. Consumer stated he lives to far and CRM arranged for alarm technician to contact guest to see if we can help guest fix over the phone. Alarm technician left guest a voicemail on 2/13/14 and then later that day reached consumer. Alarm technician was unable to help consumer over the phone and asked if he could bring in the vehicle. Consumer made an appointment to bring in on Saturday 2/15/14. Consumer brought in vehicle on 2/15/14 and alarm technician found that alarm was after market, a non-Toyota alarm that dealer is unable to repair and the dealer did not install. Service Advisor and Manager did explain to consumer that we are unable to repair the after-market alarm and asked consumer if he would like it removed. Consumer was upset that we could not replace alarm with a new alarm system. Dealer can provide consumers contract with no alarm added on or included in the vehicle purchase with consumers signature. If consumer would like a copy he can contact the Salesman of CRM. Consumer has been advised of findings and what his options are."

I took my car in for repair after an accident. They have an Enterprise Rental on site which is very convenient. They give you an estimate before you leave. After they have a chance to look at the damage more thoroughly they call your insurance with the updated estimate and get approval to do the repairs then call you with the updated estimate for your approval. Further along they let you know that have started the repairs. Next they let you know that they are ready to assemble they parts and put your car back together and when your car should be ready. When your car is ready they call and set up an appointment for pick-up. They make sure that you are happy with the repairs before you leave and you have a lifetime warranty as long as you have the car. The repairs are very well done.

We have used Longo Toyota for both of our cars since 2006. They are always courteous and answer all our questions patiently and thoroughly. We like the fact that we can take our car in to be serviced on Saturday or Sunday. While this was the usual maintenance appointment, in the past we have had them clean the interior, including the leather, check parts that were not scheduled at that time, and other things. They are always very professional and do an excellent job. They have courtesy wifi and ipads to borrow while you wait, and a courtesy shuttle to a nearby shopping center if you wish to spend time there. Starbucks, Verizon shop, and Subway are located on the premises, as well as a small indoor area for young children to play.

The servicing went well which is always the case when I have my car serviced at Longo. We have been purchasing our family car from Longo Toyota for the past thirty years and began having routine maintenance and any other needed servicing done there for the last twelve years or so. When I make an appointment, I request the same service consultant each time. He asks how the car is running and does it have any problems. I answer his questions and that is that. I have no fear that he will recommend work to the car that is not necessary and do not have to worry that he will try to talk me into doing any work just because I am a female. In addition to the service consultant, the estimated time of completion is on target and the estimated cost is also. I have never had to return because there was a problem with the work done. Also, when I take the car in for an oil change, they check the tire pressure and conduct a visual inspection and will add any fluids that may be running low without any cost to the customer. You can also ask for a free car wash. Affter each visit, you are provided an opportunity to express any complaints you may have. . By going to Longo Toyota, I feel our family car is being well maintained. In addition to the above comments, the facility is customer friendly. There is a very large temperature-controlled waiting area; they have a Starbucks and Subway for any "needy" person, and they provide shuttle service within a certain mileage perimeter. They are open Sunday through Monday. They are also involved in community events. I would say they have a top notch management team who tries to keep their customers coming back and leaving with a smile.

Brought in my car for a recall on our scion, oil change and inspected the car. Service was great, people were professional. They are open on sunday for service which is great as we have to work during the weekdays. This place is close to our house and right off the freeway. Really large lot and if you're looking for a lexus or toyota, longo is the place where you should go if you're in the 626 area.

I sat there 5 hours to wait for the car just to tell me that it would take more time to see what the problem was so they told me that they'll just call me if it's OK already. We have going there for a long time so I can say that we had a good experience with them.
