They're very good and they're too expensive. Beginning services were free but once we paid for it, they were pretty expensive. They're very good when they have to fix something. They have a really nice room with Wi-Fi. They are much more expensive than the one at the gas station. Their quality of work is excellent. Their punctuality is very good. If I need to and my gas station man doesn't do the work, I would use them again in the future.

They performed the 10K service to my car along with the alignment issue I was complaining about. It took them the whole day to finish the job, but as long as they get it right, I don't mind. One thing though...I wish they'd have nitrogen to fill the tires. My tires were filled with nitrogen when I bought it from Lexus of Westminster.

They are very impressive. It is an interesting place. The waiting room has a glass wall where I could look into the huge area where they repair the cars. They have all sorts of coffee and refreshments. They have a business center and all sorts of things available. The price was pretty standard and what I expected. It was right in line.

They are very professional. Owning a Lexus is not cheap, but Longo Lexus has got a reputation of being less than any other Lexus dealer. They deal on high volume. Their price and professionalism makes them the best. If I go to any Lexus dealer, it's not going to be the ordinary Chevy dealership. They are a little expensive.

Left the car for service without an appointment, no problem if leaving the car for next day service. Service advisor professional. helpful. He called with estimate and report that nothing else was in need of repair. A detailed estimate of the repair of the rear fender/bumper was provided. The car was ready as promised. All questions answered. I used a discount card send by the company which took 15% off the bill. The cost is more but expected with a large dealership with many extras and nice customer waiting area. The estimate for the body repair was more than anticipated so will get a couple of comparison estimates. So far I am satisfied with the quality of the work.

They provide very courteous service. They charge whatever the dealers charge. They have 10% discount for AAA members and I have been happy with them. Everything is excellent there and they wash the car. They have coffee, snacks, water and internet service for free. It is very pleasant. They even have mobile service where they come to your house and service your car. I haven’t taken that option yet. We bought the car there. We are very happy with the service and the purchase of the automobile.

They are very accommodating. The people there are very nice. They always go over and above. Sometimes they diagnose the problem without looking at the estimate. Sometimes the quote is a little more, but they give options to take care of it. They don’t give huge surprises. Once they took some time to find out what the problem was, but they did find out the problem.

Overall, I'm happy. I have no complaints about my salesman, Nick Pailevanian, nor about his manager, Will Amiri. They were helpful, polite, knowledgeable and professional. They didn't rush me or pressure me. I enjoy driving the car and it is in very good condition. I'm glad I bought it. Shortly after I bought the car, I brought it into the Service Department with seven issues for them to look into, including rattles and noises, a slight pulsation when braking and an occasional slight surging when accellerating. I am very satisfied with the repairs they performed at no cost to me. I have two complaints: Rachel Amin in the Finance Department promised me that the $1503.00 pre-paid Drivers Plus scheduled maintenance contract would pay for all of my scheduled maintenance for four years or 60,000 miles. This turned out not to be true. It would only pay for part of the cost of scheduled maintenance. I requested a refund and Rachel promised I would receive a check within ten business days. This did not happen, but after I explained the situation to Elaine Chapman in Guest Relations, I received a refund check within a few days. My second complaint is that the Lexus.com website promises that CPO Lexus vehicles are in "like new" condition and I was relying on this promise when I made the purchase. Right after I bought the car, I noticed it has a small door ding on each side. I brought this to the attention of Nick Pailevanian, but he never got back to me about it. I brought it to the attention of Elaine Chapman and she seemed to think I was unreasonable to complain about it. I think it is false advertising for Lexus to claim that their cars are in "like new" condition if they are not willing to stand behind that claim. Brand new cars do not normally come with door dings. The car that I bought this car to replace had more years and miles on it than this car and was free of door dings.

I am disappointed that there has been a drop in the mobile services that they provide. They no longer do mobile service for minor services, just the bigger ones. The last time they came to get our vehicle they were late. They didn't return our car until a week later and when they did it was missing the front license plate. We got that back a week later with no bolts to attach it to the car.
