I found him very nice to deal with. He had to go over an area more than once because of some problems that occurred. He was very willing to get the job done correctly.

Lee was very friendly and spent a lot of time explaining the work he would do in each area. His quote was detailed, and when he ran into more damaged boards during the sanding, he called to explain the extra cost and even did some for free. He has a fairly heavy accent, but my advice is to just say yes to everything even if you don't understand. He cared more about making the floors look perfect than we did! We were very happy with the work, and we felt that Lee went out of his way to really do a great job.

THEY WERE JUST FINE. IT WAS EXACTLY WHAT I EXPECTED AND HOPED FOR. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYBODY. THERE'S NOTHING ABOUT THEM THAT I DID NOT LIKE. THEY DID GOOD WORK.

THIS COMPANY GAVE A REASONABLY ACCURATE ESTIMATE OF THE INSTALLATION TO BE DONE, AS WELL AS THE REPAIR, AND CLEANING OF AN ADDITIONAL ROOM OF FLOORING. THEY WORKED QUICKLY, AND WERE FRIENDLY TOO.
