Computer Repair
This was a great experience. He knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it the same day. Even though we know we're going to need a new computer one of these days, he advised us to fix this one although he does sell PCs. Then he talked us through our hookup problem over the phone "so he wouldn't have to charge us to come out." He was very patient with us on the phone and was willing to take as much time as was needed to fix the problem.
