Arranged for an in-home visit. The sales person arrived on time. After listening to our needs, he explained he could not provide an estimate until the window replacement has been completed. He recommended wireless sensors which I did not like. When asked about their monitoring facility, he said "we've been in business long enough. You don't need to worry about it." I was really put off by his "just trust me" attitude. I will not ask him back to provide estimate after the windows' been replaced.

THE WORKERS CAME IN ON TIME AND WERE VERY POLITE. THE INSTALLATION WAS FREE AND THEY ARE VERY CHEAP. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ERS. SO, FAR THE ALARM SYSTEM HAS NOT FAILED AND IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. WE PAY 30 DOLLARS FOR 5 MONTHS.

THE REPRESENTATIVE TO SELL THE SYSTEMS IS VERY GOOD. I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THE COMPANY TRAIN BETTER FOR PHONE OPERATORS.
