THE WORKERS CAME IN ON TIME AND WERE VERY POLITE. THE INSTALLATION WAS FREE AND THEY ARE VERY CHEAP. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ERS. SO, FAR THE ALARM SYSTEM HAS NOT FAILED AND IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. WE PAY 30 DOLLARS FOR 5 MONTHS.

THE REPRESENTATIVE TO SELL THE SYSTEMS IS VERY GOOD. I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THE COMPANY TRAIN BETTER FOR PHONE OPERATORS.
