The reason we had to deal with Daniel Cordova Plumbing is that they did an expensive project before and after that project the toilet was not properly working. They claimed it was a bad pump so we agreed to change it. 1. I asked to itemize the project, they never did that though the price for a one day job was $6505. 2. We ordered the pump they listed in the invoice but we had to return it paying $250 return fee because they claimed they already bought a pump and according to them there was no way to return it. 3. They refused to provide a receipt for the pump they bought. I was insisting on it since it is my right to know what pump was installed in my property and have pictures of installation as well. CSLB confirmed I am entitled to it. Instead they gave me NOT a receipt, but a very strange invoice with an absolutely different pump name on it and a date of purchase earlier than our invoice. The name which was never mentioned in the invoice. Was it a direct or indirect deception is up to you to judge, but it was not a receipt 100% and I still have no idea what pump was installed in my property. 4. Nick Giles threatened to take the pump away and leave us in a completely dysfunctional house only because I requested documentation I am entitled to. CSLB says I have plenty of ground to file a complaint. 5. I shared my experience with Daniel Cordova Plumbing. It is up to you to hire them or not. I would stay away from this company.

Pipe repair went smoothly but work order left off faucet repair. DCP sent out a person the next day to install the faucet for my 86 year old mom whose husband is going through chemo treatment for cancer. I received a call from Daniel stating that we were asking for things not agreed to and that his contractor said we practically kicked him out of the house. My mom and sister have no idea where those accusations came from. Totally ruined our experience and will not hire them again. Business owners should ask questions before blasting their clients.

They did a good job on a reasonable rate. They were right on the money as far as fair trade. I was happy with them. It worked out really good. The guy was not only professional but he was willing to work with me.

Our technician, Marcus, was right on time and did a great job! The valves that were replaced were over 10 years old and covered with hard water corrosion. Marcus was very professional, explaining all aspects of the job. It was discovered that our sink fixtures suffered from excessive corrosion and Marcus replaced the fixtures as well. Marcus did a great job of cleaning up, and made sure he left all the manuals and paperwork that came with the fixture and valves. This is the second time we've used Daniel Cordova Plumbing and have been extremely satisfied with the service. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Daniel Cordova Plumbing!

I already had an estimate from Marcus several weeks prior as I was investigating why my painted wall next to the tub was showing signs of water leakage. So, once I exhausted other options, I decided to replace the current three valves and go with a single-handle valve in the tub-shower unit. Marcus had to remove the existing valves and cut through the 1950s yellow tile to make the repair. He installed a Moen Single-Handle Pressure Balance Shower Valve with a new chrome shower arm, shower head, tub spout diverter and chrome face plate & chrome lever handle. He reattached my current shower hose and massage shower head per my request. He left the shower head that came with the Moen replacement just in case I wanted to attach it later. He covered all surfaces in the bathroom and was careful to not to break or damage any of the other tiles in the tub-shower. His work was efficient and effective. I was extremely pleased and relieved that the water leakage problem was fixed. It came with a 3-year warranty. This is not the first time I have used Daniel Cordova Plumbing and I will continue to use them for future plumbing services.

He was very good. Very good. He did such a good job. He was neat, he cleaned up. I was very impressed. He took care of the clog. I’m sure I have his card somewhere in my office. I’ll use him again. One worker came out and it took about a half an hour. They absolutely left the area clean.

Marcus came in and cleared the 2 clogged drains. We thought it was only going to take 2 hours. But there was a lot of debris and roots that it took longer. Marcus persisted and wouldn't give up until the lines were cleared. He was very upbeat and professional. We will definitely use this company again.

I live in a 3 story townhouse and had major leaks in my basement coming from pipes leading to my shower and toilet. It was not an easy repair, in fact I had these leaks worked on before by another company but they were unsuccessful. I requested Marcus from Daniel Cordova Plumbing because he had serviced our house once before and I found him to be professional, time efficient, and articulate. Marcus was all of the above again. He kept me informed as he worked, letting me to know what to expect and what my options were in resolving the leaks. Marcus is very conscientious, taking pride and ownership in his work from start to end. He took time to ensure all new fittings were properly installed and connected from the basement level up to the next story, re-strapped and added straps to help evenly distribute the weight of the pipes, tested and re-tested his work in the end to make sure there were no more leaks, and kept everything tidy during his work and after his work was done. I will definitely continue to use Daniel Cordova Plumbing.

Rick did a good job of identifying our drainage problem and
fixing it in a timely manner.  He was professional

I had initially called Daniel Cordova Plumbing to deal with a leak under the sink. The technician, Rick Flores, asked if there was anything else that I needed help with and we began a conversation on some of the existing issues of my home, the biggest of which was that the master bath shower couldn't seem to call up hot water from the tankless heater. I've had other plumbers in and when asked, none of them really seemed to have a good solution. Rick discussed some options that might resolve the issue and one that definitely would take care of the problem, which was to replace the shower valve and system. As I wanted the problem to be fixed once and for all, that was the solution that was selected. In addition, due to the tankless water heater, it would take a bit for hot water to get to the outlet while wasting quite a bit of water down the sink. We added the recirculating pump and a filtration system at the tankless to help remove as much of the hard water minerals as possible to minimize clogging at the shower heads and at the sinks. We scheduled a day to get the proposed work done. On the day of service, Daniel Cordova called to let me know when to expect Rick. Rick arrived on time and began work right away. He performed all the jobs while keeping the areas very clean. All told, it took 1 and 1/2 days to complete all the work proposed. Rick took great care to make sure that the areas he left were as neat or neater than when he started work. He took the time to answer all my questions. Great work and great service. The bonus was that the final bill was below the quoted price as they passed along the savings from the filter being less expensive than anticipated. That's honesty and integrity. I appreciated all the work that was done and will definitely make sure to call them if I have any other plumbing issues as well as recommend them to anyone looking for honest plumbers who deliver what they promise and then some.

fixed plumbing problems

After having multiple plumbing companies look at the problem, three provided quotes ranging as high as $2,400. Daniel came out personally and ran a camera in the line, which he didn't charge for, and determined the exact location of the problem. The other two companies diagnosed the same problem but were way off on the location and would have dug in the wrong spot. Daniel provided an estimate, on the spot, of less than $1,000 to fix the problem.
I approved the quote and scheduled the work. Ricardo Ramierz then came, on time as scheduled, and completed the work very professionally and in less time than expected. Ricardo was very friendly and showed me exactly what he was doing.
I had used Daniel Cordova plumbing previously on another job at a different property and experienced the exact same result - very professional, great prices, and reliable. Even their office staff is very friendly.
I would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, reliable, and affordable plumbing company.

Two employees arrived, on time, drained the old water heater and installed the new one in my garage.  They removed the old wooden water heater stand and replaced it with a metal stand.  They were extremely professional, careful, and respectful but moved quickly from step to step.  

I've had several items completed and the work has always been good. They recently started charging to come out on a call even if they don't do anything. Don't really appreciate that part.
