Even though the technician, Rick didn't arrive between the original time frame due to previous job taking longer, he was very courteous & professional. He gave me options on what needed to be done. He had the part with him, so the job took around 1/2 hr & he was very efficient. He also went the extra mile & helped move my refrigerator & stove so i could get things that were underneath & also hammered some door hinges for me. Highly recommend the company & Rick.

Technician Rick Flores did two plumbing job in my house, he came on time, gave a fair estimate,one of job rather complicated,need cut ceiling to replace a broken pip, he did very professional, clean job. explained to me the problem with clarity. They handled them selves very professional. They arrived early that morning and explained what was going to be done. They dug my yard up and cleaned up after the job was done and it looked like nothing happened. I will be calling them for any future jobs!!!!!!

GOT IT DONE THE SAME DAY!! TOOK AWAY THE OLD WATER HEATER. GREAT SERVICE AND KEPT US INFORMED DURING THE INSTALLATION!! AFTER THE INSTALL, GAVE US A DEMONSTRATION OF HOW TO LIGHT IT IF NEEDED AND HOW DO DRAIN IT!! VERY WELL DONE

Marcus was on time, very professional, courteous and friendly. Marcus made some suggestions to make the appearance nicer looking. Installed a new water heater, and a laundry sink.Work was completed in one day, and work area was cleaned up nicely at completion of job. Will hire again for next plumbing job/problem.
