They charged me for work they never did (mulching) and not until Home Advisor took them out of their system did they finally refund me - it took 3 months of emails and calls gone unanswered, both from me and from Home Advsior. I do not trust them. The gardener they sent out to do monthly maintenance chopped my mature rosemarie plant into the wood and now it looks awful. When they blew the leaves to 'clean', they left a big pile of leaves in the corner and dirt in another corner, making a bigger mess, which I then had to sweep. DO NOT HIRE.

Hired this pro. Couldnt come out for a week. Wanted and took half the money upfront. Couldnt complete the job because of faculty equipment. Returned the money today because we insisted. I still need a pro for the job.

Ling was on top of text messages and quik to reply, she promised me that they would come back after Thanksgiving to clean up what they couldn't day of job and they did. The back yard needs work so the clean up of old leaves, plants and flowerbeds really made a difference.

Lawn maintenance. 1 week. So far so good. Very professional and responsive.

They pay no attention to fine detail. They kept changing the date of service. Cleanup was not good and they omitted spots. They were in too much of a hurry and really didn't care.

Highly Recommend! Ling is very nice, well spoken and very organized. She did good follow ups by sending us the before and after photos. Ling is definitely the gem representing well of this company. Cesar and his team did a great, wonderful job. Cesar is knowledgeable, courteous, easy going and professional. When I compared the before and after photos, it amazed me that the complete product was like a magic touch. Reliable ! Excellent job ! Nice people !

They appeared to be concerned and understanding of your needs and they take lots of notes and pictures even the first time they came out. They constantly rescheduled 3 times, they went to the wrong house the 4th time and reassured me that they would come to finish the cleanup job and they no showed again. Never pay them upfront if you end up using them!

Ling is very professional....kept me up to date on their progress. Going to keep them for my regular maintenance.

My trees are no longer round they are now lopsided Burned my motor home cover in 3 places I have sent several email with pictures - text and calls no response took the money in advance for the services and customer service is horrible . This company does not care about customer service and/or customer property I am not our 140.00 for the service and 250.00 for the cover and trees that look very sorry ... taking other actions but be aware you will not receive what you are being sold, and you are left with a mess

They did a great job and it met my standards. The yard looks great. Great price. Will use on a recurring basis and recommend!
