Our initial experience was for a rat infestation which was mitigated to our satisfaction. We are now on a maintenance program with quarterly checks. Should any issues reoccur, we are covered at no additional cost.

We had been warned that we had a rat problem, mainly in the attic, by air conditioning technicians (from a different company) over a year ago and had tried getting rid of them by trapping. This is a fool's game: while you're trapping a few rats the rest are busy making more a lot rats. Finally we gave up and called Anthony. We simply picked them out of the phonebook, where they were listed as rodent specialists. They sent two guys out to survey the house; they were uniformed, courteous and thorough. We had to take a deep breath when they gave us the estimate -- over $10,000 for a 1,500 square foot house (that's $6.67/square foot). It seemed like a lot of money but we really didn't have a lot of options. It turned out to be a good investment.
They set up two big vacuum pumps in the driveway and spent three days vacuuming and hand-cleaning every inch of the attic -- a tough job because we have central air and extensive ducting up there, so there's very little space to work. Then they systematically sealed off every possible point of entry and laid glue traps. After a couple of weeks of trapping, they had either trapped or screened out every possible rat. They then spray-cleaned and sanitized the attic thoroughly -- also a tough, hot job -- and laid fresh, clean insulation.
We had only one minor problem: they dislodged some ceiling lamps in the kitchen and it took them a couple of tries to get them back in exactly right (they did this promptly and cheerfully). Otherwise, they were excellent: diligent, aggressive, courteous and thorough. They explained everything they did and kept us informed of their progress at every step. One nice touch: they used iPhones to video and photograph the work as it progressed, so we could see exactly what they were doing. They also cleaned up their workspaces completely.
They warranted their work and will come out periodically to check, without any extra charge to us.
We would use them again without hesitation.

It took 3 calls for them to finish my house, which needed it. They had some damage to repair. They do a check 3 times a year now. I liked the service and I would recommend them. I didn't compare their price to anyone else. The quality was very good. There was a variety of people I worked with and I didn't work with the top person every time. I would use them again.
