Greg (and Robert) were great. They got here on time as promised, kept the actual price to the quote, handled the job quickly and made sure I understood I should not hesitate to call back if the problem comes back :)
They showed me the issues (education as to why what they proposed to do would work), answered my 'silly' questions and then right to the job. If this was my company, I'd be proud to have these guys as my employees.

They are very punctual and helpful.
Once, after a rainstorm, I found some small worms inside the house. I called them and they explained about those worms (very common to the area in which I live and they go into houses when it rains). They came out and re-treated the house the same day for no additional charge and called to follow up. No worms since!
They even went out of their way to call me on my cell phone at work when they found a door to my house that was accidentially left ajar one day last year.

Greg showed up on time - neat (especially considering the line of work!), clean, and friendly.He showed me all the places that could be causing problems - then said I should call him when the holes were repaired.He told me he could make the repairs, but it would be more cost effective to me if I made them.After I made the repairs, Greg returned and set some traps. He came back periodically to check them and rebait them.
All in all, my problem was under control in about 3 weeks.
I stayed on the monthly program until my house sold - it was a good investment when you live on over an acre.
I would definately use them again (my folks in Cameron Park also use them and have been pleased).

They are reasonable, efficient, and professional.
