Louis Dalmau Company

Louis is punctual and can work to meet a deadline.  We had to shorten time significantly and he came through with the job bid we needed.  On a personal note, Louis is an easy going guy with a sense of humor and he gives the impression that he will be easy to work with, especially knowing that remodels never go the way you think they will!

Our bathroom was full of dry rot and needed a complete remodel.  From the moment we met with Louis we knew he was the man we wanted working on our house.  We felt a level of comfort with him from the very first meeting.  My wife and I actually looked at each other as he left and we just knew we wanted him doing the work.  We still listened to the other contractors and companies who bid on the job but we kept coming back to Louis.  He seemed more honest and the same work was less expensive for better quality than we would have received otherwise. He kept us up to date the entire way through the process and helped us with decisions about fixtures and such that made all the difference in the world to us! Trust Louis like no other.  We do!

Everything was as planned with Louis because he was always updating us on the progress of the job.  We never wondered where we were or how long it was going to take.  Louis and his crew were always clean (as much as can be on a complete tear out and rebuild) and friendly.  
Working with Louis has never been anything short of amazing.  He is dedicated to his craft as much as his customers.  He came in and worked with us to show us how we could better make use of the somewhat limited space in our kitchen so that we could have an even better kitchen than what we started with.

The process was fine.  Better than I expected.  Louis met us at the store to pick out the colors and even commented on one's that he thought would or wouldn't go good with our vision of the house in the future.  The best part about Louis is that he gives you options in his bid so that you can choose all of the proper pieces in your project.  For instance he gave us separate pricing for 30-year vs. 50-year shingles which helped us see how little it would cost.
Louis was there every step of the way from tear out, making sure that the new company he was using to do this was doing it to his specifications and not theirs, to the final ridge caps being put on the house.  He made sure that our roof would not only look nice, but function just as good.  He was also sure to always clean up after himself and his crew.  Knowing that there aren't extra nails or staples laying around for my two young boys to find is very nice for a daddy.
Louis ALWAYS goes above and beyond for my family.  His hard work and dedication have been very evident from the first day we met
him.  We trust his judgment implicitly along with his workmanship and his desire to see a customer is unrivaled.  Louis has the vision to see beyond what IS to what CAN BE.
