9/21/11 contacted Vik's Gutters. 9/25/11 Vik came to assess the gutters and gave an estimate for the work. He was busy and we were out-of-town for a week, and so he came to do the work 10/17/11. He seemed to be short of time (too much business) and did not end up doing a quality job of the finishing of the bottom ends of the downspouts. We called him back to add some length to the bottom of the downspouts, and he said we could just buy some extensions. Then one day when we were gone, he apparently came and left 1 corrugated drain pipe to put on the end of one of the downspouts--never talked to us. The 5 downspouts he installed doubled the number of downspouts on our house--so now the gutters are better able to handle the rain (tho there has been little rain this winter).
