Ted and his crew did a wonderful job installing our new air conditioning. Ted is a very professional man. He worked with our budget, installed the air conditioner in the time he said, and cleaned up after. I will definitely recommend him. 100% recommend.

I left a message and they called back within a couple hours. Very professional when they looked at the job and explained everything so I could understand. I was especially happy they were not a high pressure sales company. Very nice to that before they did the work they put tarps down on the floors. The work turned out great. Showed me how to change the filter and use the thermostat. Very happy.

TC responded quickly to my request for a service call and did not put any pressure on me to get a new system. He gave me my options and answered all of my follow up questions. I received a quote for a new AC system the same day I requested and my install was done quickly, cleanly and accurately. I really appreciated that TC was able to problem solve some challenges that came up with my job, removing an old dampener; going above and beyond to figure out where it was located, without ripping out walls to find it. .

You will love these guys! They’re very professional, honest, fair. They’ve always made it out on the same day that we call. They let me know when to expect them and when they’re on their way. They’ve been able to identify and resolve the problems within the same visit. They treat us like family. Excellent customer service!!!

Ted and TC Heating & Air Conditioning was recommended to us, as we had just come off of a BAD experience with a different company. Ted was prompt, courteous, fair, honest, and directed us in decisions we needed to make. Helped us make some changes that in the long run will highly benefit our monthly costs. He was WONDERFUL!! He identified the problem within minutes, quoted me a price and we were soon enjoying cool air once again!

I spoke with Ted the week prior to the work being completed. He listened and answered many questions I had about this repair. We scheduled an appointment for the following week. Ted called me before coming to my house to give me an approximate arrival time. Once he arrived, he went right to work. Installed the new motor and capacitor and ran the air conditioner to make sure it worked. I appreciated his courteous manners and efficient time use. I will highly recommend him to anyone the needs new or repairs for air conditioning or heating.

The repairman was on time and was very professional. He explained what was wrong and showed me what needed to be repaired. He also told me some reminders to make sure I keep up with the maintenance.

It went very well; we were pleased with the service. Since I am writing this review about one year late, we had the opportunity to experience both the air conditioning and the furnace. Both worked as expected. When we did have a problem with the blower, the service occurred within a few hours and the problem was corrected. Very satisfied.
