Staging homes with a vision to improve a clients space to be beautiful and attract buyers with minimal expense and time. I meet face to face for a free consultation and go through the property with the owner. I give my impression of scope of work and give them a checklist of things to do. If they are ready to go and want to hire my services, I receive payment of $300, which is for 4 hours of work. (most jobs are 4 to 12 hours depending on size etc. )An estimate of total time is quoted and we decide on the start time.
