The work done was very good quality, however it took way longer than it should have. Total time to do my 1,000 SF plus the sides of my house (another 500 SF max), was about 3 months. My concrete work is excellent. I just did not know when the crews would be there and I had to keep my dog locked up out of the yard all day. I was told someone would be out to do a specific activity and they wouldn't show up for a day or two. It did take a bit longer for the permit for the gas line which I knew delayed the project some, but 3 months is a bit much. When they do show up, the work quality is great. I wasn't given a schedule. I was originally told the work would take 3 weeks.

Sierra was recommended by the Landscape Designer. Out of three bids, their bid was comparable and I could tell Tom would be easy to work with. He was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and was able to help us adjust the project to fit it into our budget while still getting us an amazing back yard. The crew was respectful, hardworking, and did a great job. Overall I couldn't be happier with the job Sierra did - our backyard looks amazing. Really, really happy with the work. Will hire them again - still have front yard to do.

They seem very professional and their pricing was in line with what we thought we should pay. They were recommended by our designer and they did a couple houses down the streeet.

Tom's original price estimate was almost exactly twice the budget we had given Ben at Simple Elegance. We were undoubtedly a little unrealistic. Tom did work with us on bringing it down.
We saved some money by using all 1-gallon plants, rather than some 5- or 10-gallon plants. The 1-gallon plants are not only cheaper, they will grow better in the long run. The downside is the project doesn't look as finished the first year, but we are patient. We can wait for them to grow.
Tom's price showed the cost for each phase, which was very helpful. We also paid in stages, not giving him the final check until we had done the last walk-through. We had no issues and no complaints.
His work crew was outstanding. They worked long and hard every day. And of course it was over 100 almost every day they worked. He had the same workers every day. We didn't interact with them much, but they seemed courteous.
We did put out treats for the workers from time to time -- juice, doughnuts, sweet rolls.
The whole project took two weeks, start to finish. It was exciting to come home from work every night and see how much they had gotten done.
We live in a suburban development, in a small tract house on a small lot. It may have seemed like a lot of effort for such a small space, but we plan on enjoying it for some time. The lighting and the paths are wonderful.

He recently finished the landscaping job for my front yard. It looks beautiful. He is very thoughtful and helpful. I also like his employees, they are very hard-working.

He did a great job on all projects, professional and honest. We will definitely hire him again, and hope you will have him do an estimate for you!

Their services cost me $25000. I had a very positive interaction with them. They were very professional. They completed the project on time. They also had good quality. I will use them again in the future.
