We pay him monthly. He does the best work that I have ever hired anybody for anything. He’s one hundred percent reliable. If he can’t make it or if it’s raining on some day, he will call to say that he can’t make it. He also informs what day he’ll come the next time and at what time. We would never switch over to anybody else to do the job. We would use their services again in the future.
