With over 15 years in the field inspecting homes, and 8 years as a construction manager finalizing roof repairs and kitchen and bath remodels. His background in construction and home maintenance give him the knowledge and know-how when it comes to any problems with a residential home. Patrick takes pride in his work and makes it his personal responsibility to educate his clients about every aspect of their home. As a Certified Master Inspector (CMI) with InterNACHI, Patrick is always continuing his education as a home inspector and holds many certifications including roofing, deck, and chimney inspections. A devoted husband and father of 4, Patrick approaches each inspection with the same care and attention to detail he would give his own home. He understands that your home is not just a big investment, but a place to create memories or start a family!
