Unfortunately this was an extremely unpleasant experience. Nsda charged me over $400 for a service they were unable to complete. During this process, he promised a refund and then proceeded to block my phone number and refuse to help. This company is run by someone with low morality and shady customer service. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

I had two new door handles and dead bolts installed, along with rekeying one additional lock. The only reason I gave a 4.5 on quality is that I had a problem the following day getting the deadbolt on the front door to engage. However, I called and they sent the tech back out right away and it was fixed to my satisfaction with no further issue.
