Front yard was fine, Backyard irrigation has underwater leak Pergola roof leaks quite a lot After Kiel came by and agreed to fix it he started blocking my number. This was after repeatedly week after week telling me it was going to be fixed "this week".

Kiel Myers (Myers Landscaping) of El Dorado Hills took our money and only did 60% of the job before walking away. The part he did finish doesn't work very well and he left us holding a bucket of promises. Kiel lives in our neighborhood which made it even more difficult and we were extremely disappointed with his hard luck stories and lies. I would recommend that you find another irrigation / landscaping company that you can trust. Best of luck to you ~

Sprinklers did not cover all plants. Called to have them come back. They reworked sprinklers and now they spray the front window and into the street. They forgot to install weed cloth under the bark on far side of driveway and did not correct this when they came out to fix sprinklers. They forgot to stamp the concrete on one set of steps but reimbursed me for the cost. I was happy with the way the yard looked when they finished but disappointed they didn't respond sooner then 4 months to my complaints and correct them to my satisfaction.

Overall, I am not too happy with them. I would not recommend them to any of my friends. They do not do proper follow-up and do not return calls. I have had a few issues going on the last few weeks and am just getting voicemails when I call. Things he said he would do were never followed-up on. He was personable. When he was working in my home he answered his cell phone right away and when I call I am just getting his voicemail. I have recently had to replace 7 of the plants he planted. The plants were not planted properly.

"This issue was never presented to Myers Landscape. Had we been aware of plants needing to be replaced, we would have promptly done so, as we offer a warranty on plant material. This customer signed off on the completed project with satisfaction and project was paid in full. Myers Landscape offices do not have any record of this customer leaving messages that went unreturned. This report was just brought to our attention by another customer who has always been satisfied with our services and felt we should respond. Myers Landscape was not given the opportunity to address these concerns. In summary the project in question consisted of many facets (removal of front & back existing landscape, concrete to include driveway, walkways, patios, utility pads; drainage, irrigation, soil amendment, lawn & plantings, retaining walls and mulch). The comments and grades given by this customer due to 7 plants needing to be replaced, months after completion of project, seem out of line with the scope of the project. Myers Landscape strives to maintain excellent customer relations and loyalty and feel this report is unjustified."

We initially contacted Kyle Myers in 2005 and he returned out call and scheduled an appointment within a 48 hour time frame. Kyle was punctual and after reviewing and surveying the property, he gave us a detailed estimate of what would be done, how much it would cost and when the work would commence and end, weather permitting (this was the fall of 2005). We were so very pleased with what Myers Landscape did to convert our front yard in 2005 that we had them return in 2006 to transform our backyard and have actually enjoyed the entire process. Kyle and his crew are most pleasant to work with AND tremendously helpful with suggestions. Everything stayed within budget and was completed in a timely manner.
