Small repair that was well & quickly done. This company has done new roofs for several of my friends and everyone appreciates the quality of the work. The cost of repair was less than I expected, and would not have a way to compare since it was a specific type of repair. Lakehills charges at this time a little less than $300 to check out a repair to start & in my case I'd already had a quote from another company that could not perform the work. He was fair in telling me my roof is fine, rather than, as many would, saying it is several years old etc.

Even though our roof developed a leak over the holidays, we got same day response to set up our estimate walkthrough.
Sam called early on the day of the appointment to reschedule because of frost on the roof in the morning, then showed up promptly at the rescheduled time. He performed a quick inspection, gave us the estimate, and did the repair quickly.
Sam and his son were friendly and professional and we would use them again, if needed.

I have used this roofing company many times. The first two times were for entire roofs and the most recent time was for gutter replacement. They perform high quality work, at affordable prices. Also, they keep you updated exactly on what is going on with your project with reguards to completion to schedule or any other issues. I highly recommend this company.

I would recommend him.  I called several people and he had the best customer service and a reasonable quote.  He came back real quick and did a good job.  He had a very professional explanation, both before and after the work was done.  The cost associated with it was also good and he was really good.  I spent $200 on his services.  It’s a father and son team working together and they were nice people.  The other people that I received quotes from were either overpriced or rude.  They weren’t very professional like them.  It didn’t seem like they wanted work.  I will use him again in the future if I need to.

Sam provided a quote in detail as requested and sent it to me via e-mail. at the time of his work apointment, he was punctual, but had to reschedule from Friday to Monday morning after encountering additional damage that he had not noticed originally. Job completed.........Looks great and has since held up in during the storms that we have had recently. Leak fixed...........

Sam completed the roof repair quickly and at a resonable price. I definitely would use this company again.

I thought it was really excellent. He was very professional and responded to my phone calls. He did a good job of matching the existing shingles and he was very efficient.

THIS COMPANY IS GREAT, RELIABLE, AND COURTEOUS. THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS ROOFING COMPANY. IF I NEED A ROOFING COMPANY, THIS WOULD BE THE FIRST COMPANY I WOULD USE.
