You only get one chance to select the right colors and materials. Gregg's took us to see a number of finished pools to assist us in our concrete color and plaster selection. We are very pleased with the final result and the workmanship. We would recommend Gregg'[s to anyone needing pool work or a new pool.

Greggs Pool sent out Matt who proved know more about our out dated pool platform than the 4 other companies we had for estimates (including the company that was servicing the pool for over 3 years). Matt new immediately that the reason our spa was dropping below level was not from just a check valve problem, but because of completely inappropriate plumping of the system. He didn't try to sell us on anything and at one point stated that the current system worked, but just not efficiently and we could always wait to upgrade. Since we wanted the spa level fixed and I was frustrated by the lack of knowledge of our home warranty service, we took Matt up on his offer. His work has continued to prove itself as our pool is sparkling. The rebate worked great and we continue to use Greggs for chemical service. I finally feel like we have a pool service that will be there for us when we need them, and not rip us off. I would recommend Greggs' (especially Matt for service, Kenny for cleaning, and Alicia for business quotes and management).

Each week the pool and hot tub were maintained and if/when we had company we would always hear complaints that the chemical balance was not correct. One time our guest swim trunks were bleached because of the chemicals in the hot tub, After another weekly visit we got into the hot tub and almost chocked because of the chemical smell. This week we had company and turned the tub on and still a chemical smell and this time the tub looked as if it were a giant bubble bath. His tech had added baking soda to neutralize the chemical imbalance. I called Greg on numerous occasions and also tried e-mailing him, but my calls and e-mail were never returned. Today after the "bubble bath" episode I called and he implied that it was our fault and that we added chemical. He also mentioned that we probably had a lot of people over and that could cause the problem. We did exactly as we were told and did not add additional chemical. Our guest come perhaps once or twice a month. I was offended that the blame was put entirely onto our shoulders.
We ended up draining all the water out of the hot tub and starting over again. I think in the future we'll just take care of the hot tub ourselves. I don't think we could do any worst than the technician.
