Tom, the owner of Gold Star Plumbing, answered when I called... he squeezed me in between jobs, came over the same day. He called the water heater manufacturer and got them to send a new gas control valve overnight and it was under warranty. He came back the next day to install the valve, I have hot water again.

Cost went over estimate and was a bit of a shock. Cost did not seem to conform to laborand materials, as we had agreed.

Review of your 2011 service showed the job did require 2 trips and was under the house which may have been part of the difficulty. Tom was out within 24 hours of my call, was very efficient and did a good job. I wish there was a coupon or discount, as I had I known it advance, other deals were $77 for snaking out a line. However, Tom was very professional and got the job done; I'd definitely use him again and have his card to refer to friends and neighbors.

I got him from Angie's List and he was very good. He gave one hundred percent to the job. I liked everything about him. It was a nasty interior job and it was gross. I needed it done. So, he came out and knocked it out.

He is always professional, will try to get to you as soon as possible, will help you over the phone. When he comes to your home he is always personable and does excellent work. We use him for all our plumbing needs and have never been anything but secure that we had the best service possible.

THEY ARE DEPENDABLE AND RELIABLE PEOPLE. THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT THREE TO FOUR DAYS BEFORE THEY COULD COME. HOWEVER, THEY ENDED UP COMING AFTER HOURS TO DO THE WORK.
