It was never a problem because you know, you can't let your dog out for x amount of days after they show up. It was never a problem. They come out quarterly. If I had stuff happening inside, I just had to make a call. It was $70 every three months.

The owner happened to be available at that time and came over.  As stated, he inspected the yard and placed a container of poison where the rats had come and gone, from the deck area.  The poison was effective.  This method of extermination is common in the industry.  However, the rats did not wonder off somewhere and die, as we were advised.  They stayed around the area, plain to see, dying.  Though a common way of exterminating, it is not a humane way to kill rats.  We will not use this company again, not because they are not good at what they do (they are quite good), but because we will try to find a more humane way of killing the rats.  Which will likely return.  Cannot recall the price, but it was reasonable.

I would recommend him. They do a great job. They do a really good job, he calls when he's coming. He'll do both myself and the duplexes. If I have a problem at the duplexes they'll call me and I'll call him but so far so good. If you have a problem, he'll come back. He calls me the night before that he comes. I have a dog that I have to put away.

I spend $40 a month on their services.  They’re always on time and they call first.  They’re trust worthy and it’s been a good business towards me.  They’re really efficient for me.  Their price is average.  I will use them again in the future.

I called in the morning and the owner (Tom) came out to my house that afternoon! He was very friendly and professional. He sprayed the house inside and out, and gave me a thirty-day warranty on the work. I thought the service was very timely and priced fair.
