We would like to introduce you to our firm, Dixon Painting Company. With over 30 years of residential and commercial painting experience, Dixon Painting Company is known for quality workmanship and attention to detail. Our projects span new construction, renovation and restoration of fine homes, condominiums, apartments and commercial buildings. Dixon Painting Company is known for our use of top grade materials, complete preparation, expert brush, roller and spray work. We are prompt, reliable and neat. Our professional services include: quality interior and exterior painting; faux and old world exterior finishes; wallpaper removal and installation; and color consultation. We are bonded, insured and have a California painting contractors’ license #515531. Work is generally performed Monday through Friday, but we often work weekends to accommodate client needs and deadlines. Gary Dixon started his business in Seattle in 1976. He had moved from Wisconsin to Seattle but was unable to find a permanent teaching position. He began painting to pay his living expenses and ultimately became a successful painting contractor in the Seattle area. Eighteen years ago he moved to California and started his business in the Bay Area. He moved to El Dorado Hills and started Dixon Painting Company in August of 2003. Most of the Company’s business is obtained through referrals. Mr. Dixon has a Masters Degree in Art. I am happy with the work. There were paint drips on my stained stamped concrete. Mr. Dixon offered to clean it up after I brought it to his attention, but I elected to do the clean up myself. Also, his workers removed my rattle snake fencing but I also opted to re-install it myself.

He came out for the estimate and listened to what I wanted. After I did some repairs, I called him to start. He was flexible. I provided the paint. He got the job done in 3 days, prep. 2 coats and trim. I had three colors done.

They do a good job. They are prompt. I didn't even have to be here. I would recommend them. I spent $500 for a number of windows, some wall areas and some decks. The price was reasonable. The clean up was good and there was no mess left. That was the second time that I used them. The first time I used them was to paint the house. They did such a good job that people come and look at the house and think it's a new house, but the house is 18 years old. I would use them again in the future.

They were thorough. They did an excellent job on all of the cabinets and touch up work. They did a very good job with the entire house. Their clean up was very good. The people who came out were very friendly.
