DESIGN A LA CARTE

One owner was very rude, poorly dressed and look more like she was going to do yardwork then meet with a client. This made me not trust her judgment and style.

This two person interior design team visited my home for an initial consultation. As a result of that meeting, we decided that, in keeping with my modest budget for the project, the best approach was for them to provide a couple of hours of consulting at a later date, while my husband and I would take copious notes. I really like the way they tailored their service to meet my individual needs; for me, this flexibility is a key component of outstanding customer service. The two hour consultation was very productive, and we came away with good advice and a ton of ideas. They have been willing to respond to follow-up questions without an additional fee. They helped us identify high-leverage/lower-cost changes we can make in our home to prepare for possible resale. I give an unqualified recommendation.
