The service was very good. They have good service and customer service. The receptionist was exceptional in helping us out. I think their price was comparable with all the other places we checked out.

Prompt, professional work. Car looked better than before. All paperwork handled by USSA. Did not rate cost because this was 100 paid by insurance company and this was a recommended provider.

i got into a collision where the rear door of my suv was badly damaged and body frame suffered damage. Our insurance company estimated about 4400$ for the damage and felt it may go up another 1100-1200 if there is damage to the rear door panel.
t had multiple choices for bodyshop, but chose cooks collision because it was close to my home and had decent reviews on angies list and yelp. it turned out to be a good decision. Ken was the person who was in charge of my repair and he was very professional and friendly. He kept me updated on daily updates and worked with my insurance to get the approval done for the additional rear door panel work which needed another 1100 and he delivered on time as promised. As a bonus, they fixed pre-existing dents and also did detailing of interior. Overall, it went very well and I am happy so far

We contacted Cooks Collision in El Dorado Hills based on other recommendations we found on Angies List. Pleased to say that the entire experience was smooth and professional from start to finish. Brought the car in and had the estimator look at it and provided him with the insurance paperwork, and within a couple of days we had a call that everything was set with the insurance and we could schedule an appointment at our convenience to bring the car in. Dropped the car off on a Friday morning, signed the paperwork which was ready to go and I was on my way in under 10 minutes. They explained exactly what would be performed and what else I might expect if other damage was discovered when the bumper cover was removed for repair and repainting. Estimated that the repairs would be completed by Wednesday and they were done on time. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, courteous and professional, and the bumper looks like new, perfect paint match even though the vehicle is 12 years old. Based on my experience, I have no hesitation in recommending Cooks and I will certainly return there if I need body or paint work done on a vehicle.

Fantastic! They were recommended to me by USAA's insurance phone representative when I submitted my claim. They also happen to be the body repair shop by the local Mercedes dealership. I brought my car there. They were quick in the paperwork and I spoke to my representative there, she told me approximately how long it would take. The front desk clerk called Enterprise for me to come pick me up and go get my rental car. Cook's kept me up to date on the process of my car and when I got it, it looked great - like nothing had ever happened. Perfect paint match, clean lines, etc. If I ever need body work on this car again, I know where I'm going.

It was an insurance claim with Farmer's. I received another estimate before I had the work done and their price was competitive. I had a previous ding on the bumper from a hit-and-run, then I got bumped again 2 or 3 weeks later so they replaced the entire dumper. The mechanics were incredibly courteous and professional. If anything happens to my car, I'll take it to them in the future. I'm satisifed with their services.

Every person I had contact with was friendly, professional, and very helpful. Kevin handled my claim and explained everything that they were going to do. He was a joy to work with during a not so happy time for me. My truck is 17 years old but in excellent condition. Thanks to Cooks it has been restored to it's pristine condition. The whole experience was extremely pleasant and I will definitely use them again.
