I just love these guys. The work is second to none and William is AWESOME as was his colleague today.

William is efficient, very friendly and a clear communicator. So grateful that he is our tech.

This was the first step of the process. William was very thorough, showed details pics of where the problems are and looking forward to the repairs in the same efficient manner.

It started on Sept. 21, 2021. I was having a problem with my HVAC unit. Home warranty sent someone from Air Tech, who had determined that it was an electrical problem. Home warranty sent out an electrician who stated that he had fixed the problem and all should be well. Unit still didn't work. Air Tech came back and determined I needed an entire new unit. All during the time of selling the home and moving out in Oct. 2021. New tenants were without heat for months!!! I received a bill for $2,997 on Nov. 22, 2021, via e-mail. Air Tech has been out to the house several times during the period of Nov. 2021, until this day, April 9, 2022. If it was the unit, why all the return visits? Electrical perhaps??? Absolutely no contact with me about any of the returning visits. Yesterday, my bank account had the $2997. (amount not covered by Home Warranty) taken out. In 7+ months of dealing with a continued problem, they couldn't take the time for a courtesy phone call to the person with the payment? I, to this day, do not believe I needed a new unit, rather, it was an electrical problem the entire time!!!!!!!! Thanks a lot you guys. Great work! NOT!!!!!!!! I will be contacting my Home Warranty Company to let them know about this! Not very professional, especially after Greg tried to sell the company on having such great reviews! Not this time!

I would not recommend this company at all. They don't return calls. I used them through my home warranty and the tech came out and was nice and said I needed work on the air conditioner as well as needed duct work. The duct work was not covered by my home warranty but I believed the tech. $9k later duct work was done and was completed within a week. Now for the part covered by home warranty, I called 4 times and left a message with Maureen, not one of my calls were returned on details with when work would be completed. All the parts were ordered by home warranty and waiting for them to pick up. I finally called my home warranty and long behold when they transferred me to Air tech my call was answered. I was speaking with Maureen and she didn't know anything about the work that was suppose to be done. (Even though she handles the warranty work). When I explained my concerns about never receiving a phone call back she rudely accused me of lying. I even gave her the exact dates I called and she told me She was not going to argue over dates. She then told me I was a rude person and hung up on me. I read the reviews before they came out but I had no option on who to use because of my home warranty so word to the wise, if you are able to go with a different company save your time and money and do so. On top of this it's been a month and I have no Permits have been issued for the duct work that was done. I am calling the contractor board on them I am still waiting for them to fix this mess. Save yourself the trouble it has been multiple months since this ordeal started.

This company is so unorganized, I am surprised they are still in business. I am so disappointed with the service that was provided. I purchased my house earlier this year and my AC went out this Summer. I went with AirTech for the replacement/repair. The AC costed a total of 18 grand. I went with their third party financing "GoodLeap" for funding. I was approved for 20 grand. As they were replacing my HVAC they noticed my water heater was leaking. They TOLD ME they could add it to my existing loan. I agreed and a contract was written up (which I still have). Two months later I get an email from Lizabeth the accounting manager. I was shocked because I thought everything was taking care of so I give her a call. She informed me that the water heater was not added and could not be added. She later informed me that I was their first client for this new lending company (I don't see how this is my problem). I am baffled how this company can wait TWO MONTHS to inform me and all they can say is sorry. Their resolution was for them to run my credit again and to establish ANOTHER loan. I have spent so much money with AirTech and trusted them with my first home. I will never refer them to anyone and I hope whoever is reading this goes to another trusted and organized company.

Alex identified 3 things that could protect the HAVC and house: drain switch, inline surge protector and Iwave air purifier. I went with the first 2 as I thought these were priorities to further protect the system and the house.

Jason was the most concise and thorough technician I've ever had! Super detailed and honest. This is a company to hire for sure!

We would be hard-pressed to overstate the outstanding job the Air Tech HVAC Inc. team – Adam, Dustin, Jason and project leader Tim – did for us this week. They replaced our aging heating-and-cooling system, including ducting, and applied new insulation throughout the attic. Over the three project days, they answered our questions thoroughly, explained their work and insured we understood everything. The only evidence they were here was the new equipment and materials, because they scoured our property meticulously for the smallest debris. Randy, the sales rep., Mike, the initial inspector of our old system and Kelsey, the office rep, all were equally attentive, polite and knowledgeable and helped make this project run smoothly and glitch-free. We are confident we will be equally pleased with Phase II, solar-panel installation. We recommend Air Tech HVAC Inc. in El Dorado Hills to anyone needing similar work. This company and its people are great, so they get a full 5 stars!

They're great.  They price match competitors coupons. The quality is outstanding.  I can't think of anything you could ask me that isn't an "A."  They send one person out and it takes about an hour.  He left the area spic-and-span.  Excellent.

Great company, good service, no problems with installation.

It seemed like the system was not working correctly and they did a diagnostic. They did not find anything wrong. They were great, polite, helpful, and quick.
