They are very nice people. I got a feeling that they really wanted to do a good job, but the technicians who were here didn?t do a good job of selecting the wood. A lot of the wood wasn?t good, but they went ahead and used it anyway. So, they came back and did some patching. We had cherry floors put in and cherry floors darken with age. So the patches looked good until they started to darken and now they show up more. They shouldn?t use the flooring without inspecting it first. I would be more careful in the future since I now know what to look for. So, I wouldn?t use them again and I wouldn?t recommend them. However, I might ask them to come and redo the patching and I think they probably would be open to that.
