Phillips Plumbing has been a family business for over 8 decades. Based in El Cerrito, CA, the Phillips' provide professional and friendly service. You can be confident that Phillips Plumbing will deliver quality work, friendly service and competitive prices. Phillips Plumbing is owned and operated by Ralph and Brian Phillips, a father-son team of 3rd and 4th generation plumbers. Ralph is active member of the PHCC Board and served as President for 3 years. Brian is Green certified in specific plumbing areas. Both Ralph and Braian are state licensed contractors.
